14 DAY RETURNS POLICY
At Retrolize, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day returns policy on all our products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and within 14 days of the original purchase date.
How to Return: To return your item, simply click this login icon to begin, if you are using a mobile device you will likely find this icon in the hamburger menu dropdown . You'll be prompted to enter your email address, after which you'll receive a secure login code. Once logged in, you can initiate a return through our self-service returns within 14 days of receiving your item. After submitting your return request, we'll provide detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please ensure the item is securely packaged for safe delivery.
Once we receive the item and confirm that it meets our return policy requirements, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you received a defective or damaged item, please repeat the process detailed above and initiate a return via self serve returns within 14 days of receiving your item.
Please note that the 14-day returns policy applies only to purchases made directly through Retrolize.co.uk or one of our official partners. If you purchased our product from a third-party seller, please contact them directly regarding their return policy.
