14 DAY RETURNS POLICY

At Retrolize, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day returns policy on all our products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your item, please create an account and initiate a return via self serve returns within 14 days of receiving your item. Once we receive your return information, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure the item is well packed and secure before sending.

Once we receive the item and confirm that it meets our return policy requirements, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you received a defective or damaged item, please create an account and initiate a return via self serve returns within 14 days of receiving your item. 

Please note that the 14-day returns policy applies only to purchases made directly through Retrolize.co.uk or one of our official partners. If you purchased our product from a third-party seller, please contact them directly regarding their return policy.
