Our initial diagnostics charge is £10 for handheld devices and £20 for home consoles. Once you've submitted the form, we'll provide you with shipping instructions—please note you are responsible for initial postage. Upon receiving your device, diagnostics will be completed within 72 hours.

The Repair Process
Once we have completed diagnostics, we will contact you via your provided email address or contact number to discuss the identified issues, recommended repair solutions, estimated timeframe, and repair costs.
We never conduct any repairs or modifications without your explicit consent and approval.
Once your device is repaired we will issue you with a final bill. Once Paid, your device will be returned to you via Tracked24 or Special Delivery 1pm depending on device value.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to repair your device, we will return it to you free of charge via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
