2. We are not responsible for damages during transit. We recommend using a trusted courier service and insuring your package.
3. This service cost does include the service schedule listed above only, any additional parts that are required, such as resistors are not covered, any additional cost will be discussed with you before any work is undertaken. 

How to Proceed:

2. Securely package your cartridge and send it to our service address provided upon purchase.
3. Once we receive your cartridge , diagnostics will occur. We will then contact you to discuss our findings and any additional costings (if any).
4. Once agreement is reached, we'll begin the installation process and notify you once the service is complete and your cartridge is on its way back to you.

Please Note: After completing your purchase, you will receive our repair address via email. Kindly send your cartridge to this address. Postage is not included in the repair cost, however, we will cover return postage.
