Accessing the Web Config:
Turn on your system and establish a connection via Web Bluetooth at the BlueRetro Config site to set up your adapter. Instructions for button remapping and preset can be found there.
Firmware Update via Web Config (OTA FW update):
To update your firmware, download the most recent version from the BlueRetro GitHub page. Decompress the firmware file. In your web browser, open a new tab or window and go to the BlueRetro Update page. Click the “Connect BlueRetro” button. Select the “BlueRetro_n64_spiffs.bin” from the decompressed firmware folder. The "Live Output" will keep you updated during the upgrade process. On a PC, the update might take approximately 5 minutes, while on Android, it could take significantly more time.
Additional Details:
The condition of your Nintendo 64 Power Supply could potentially affect the ability to power four adapters simultaneously. While our testing with four adapters on one system proved successful, please note that it might cause issues if your power supply isn't in an optimal condition.
This adapter was brought to life through the exceptional BlueRetro open-source project by DarthCloud. Visit the project on GitHub for more details.
