Description

The iBlueControlMod adapter / internal modification for the Nintendo Gamecube, is a high-speed Bluetooth controller interface designed to bring modern controllers to retro consoles with impressively low latency, rivalling even some wired adapters. This advanced board supports up to 4 Bluetooth controllers simultaneously and allows seamless mixing of wired and wireless controllers on any port. 

Installation is very simple, with no soldering required.

Important:

This kit is not a BlueRetro Mod and is incompatible with the BlueRetro App. Do not attempt to upgrade the firmware using BlueRetro software, as this will damage the adapter.

Reset Button Functionality

The reset button on the console has been repurposed to provide additional features based on how long the button is held. The front port LEDs will illuminate to indicate the current mode or action being triggered.

0–3 Seconds (Standard Reset):

• Performs the same reset action as a stock console.
• Indicator: All four front port LEDs remain solid.

4–6 Seconds (Disconnect Bluetooth Controllers):

• Disconnects all paired Bluetooth controllers.
• Indicator: All four front port LEDs blink slowly.

7–9 Seconds (Enable Pairing Mode):

• Puts the adapter into Bluetooth pairing mode.
• Indicator: All four front port LEDs blink rapidly.

10+ Seconds (Factory Reset):

• Restores the adapter to the original firmware and removes all custom configurations.
• Indicator: All four front port LEDs blink at maximum speed.

Power-On with Reset Button Held (Sleep Mode):

• Disables the iBlueControlMod adapter to prevent interference with the console. Use this if a connected peripheral is incompatible with the adapter.
• Indicator: The adapter remains inactive.
