Configuration service is a set service and includes firmware updates, RetroArch setup, emulator setup, Daijisho front end setup, ready-to-play optimisation and support advice.

Higher-end systems such as PS2, GameCube, Wii, 3DS and Switch will vary by game, emulator, settings and firmware version. Not every title will run perfectly.

Game streaming services such as Xbox Game Pass, Steam Link and NVIDIA GeForce Now require a strong Wi-Fi connection and active accounts where applicable.

MicroSD card is optional depending on the selected bundle. Choose No SD Card, 256GB SanDisk Extreme or 512GB SanDisk Extreme Pro where available.

Battery life varies depending on screen brightness, emulator, performance mode, Wi-Fi use and game/system being played.

Retrolize Retroid Warranty

All Retroid handheld consoles purchased from Retrolize are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects and hardware faults under normal use.

Each console includes a unique 7-digit warranty code, which must be present on the device for any warranty claim to be accepted. If the warranty code is missing, altered, or unreadable, we will be unable to provide warranty support.

If your console develops a genuine hardware fault during the warranty period, we will inspect the device and, where appropriate, repair it, replace it, or offer an alternative solution at our discretion.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, cracked screens, misuse, normal cosmetic wear, battery performance changes over time, charging issues caused by unsuitable cables or chargers, or problems resulting from user-made software or system changes.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and a clear description of the fault. Photos or video are always helpful and may speed up the process.

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights and applies only to products purchased directly from Retrolize or one of our official partners. Your separate 14-day returns policy still applies to eligible purchases made through the store.
