Our team of highly skilled engineers specialise in diagnosing and repairing retro consoles, handhelds and game cartridges, including but not limited to: Game Boy DMG, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, DS, 3DS, Game Gear, NES, SNES, N64, Saturn, Dreamcast, PlayStation 1 and 2 and many more.

Our initial diagnostics charge is £20. We will provide you with an address to ship your device to us, you are responsible for initial postage. Once we receive your device, please allow 48hrs for diagnostics to occur.

Once diagnostics are complete we will contact you via the email address or contact number you provided to discuss our findings, potential solutions, timeframe and cost.

We do not conduct any repairs or modifications without your express consent and agreement.

In the event that we are unable to repair your device we will ship it back to you free of charge via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked.
