Retrolize Anbernic Warranty

All Anbernic handheld consoles purchased from Retrolize are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects and hardware faults under normal use.

Each console includes a unique 7-digit warranty code, which must be present on the device for any warranty claim to be accepted. If the warranty code is missing, altered, or unreadable, we will be unable to provide warranty support.

If your console develops a genuine hardware fault during the warranty period, we will inspect the device and, where appropriate, repair it, replace it, or offer an alternative solution at our discretion.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, cracked screens, misuse, normal cosmetic wear, battery performance changes over time, charging issues caused by unsuitable cables or chargers, or problems resulting from user-made software or system changes.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and a clear description of the fault. Photos or video are always helpful and may speed up the process.
