Refurbished Nintendo 64 Controller – 12-Month Limited Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage

We provide a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase for this refurbished Nintendo 64 controller.

As part of the refurbishment, the following components have been replaced:

  • Capacitor
  • Silicon pads
  • Analogue stick

This warranty covers defects in parts replaced during refurbishment and workmanship under normal household use.

2. What Is Covered

If the controller develops a fault during the 12-month warranty period due to defective replacement parts or refurbishment workmanship, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the controller, or
  • Replace the controller with an equivalent refurbished unit, or

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidental damage
  • Damage caused by liquid exposure, corrosion, or impact
  • Normal wear and tear (including cosmetic wear)
  • Damage caused by unauthorised repair, modification, or disassembly
  • Damage caused by use with incompatible accessories, adapters, or systems
  • Faults resulting from improper storage or cleaning
  • Consumable deterioration beyond normal expected use (unless caused by defective refurbishment workmanship)

5. Return Shipping

  • We do not cover return shipping under any circumstances.

6. Important Notes

  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non transferrable
  • Any repair or replacement under this warranty does not extend the original warranty period.
