The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, damaged USB-C or console connectors, excessive force, unauthorised modification or faults caused by unsuitable power equipment.

Damage caused by using an incompatible power supply, incorrect voltage profile, damaged USB-C cable, non-compliant charger or other unsuitable power source is not covered.

The adapter requires a USB-C Power Delivery charger supporting the 15V/3A profile. Failure to operate with USB-A chargers, basic 5V USB-C supplies or PD chargers that do not provide the required 15V profile is not considered a product fault.

Faults caused by the Nintendo 64 console, damaged power connectors, internal motherboard problems, other connected accessories or modifications are not considered faults with the USB-C PSU adapter.
