Description
Description
The Retro-Bit Tribute64 V2 2.4GHz Wireless N64 Controller provides cable-free control on an original Nintendo 64 using the included console receiver.
Its comfortable two-grip shape places the distinctive Nintendo 64 controls into a more conventional layout, providing an ergonomic alternative to the original three-pronged controller without permanently modifying the console.
The controller includes a responsive analogue stick, digital directional pad, A and B action buttons, four individual C buttons, Start, Select and Home controls, plus L, R, ZL and ZR shoulder buttons.
Both Nintendo 64 and USB wireless receivers are included. The Nintendo 64 receiver connects directly to an original console controller port, while the USB receiver supports Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2 with the required receiver firmware, Windows PC, Mac, Steam, PlayStation 3 and compatible Android devices.
A physical switch on the Nintendo 64 receiver selects between Rumble and Memory modes. Rumble mode enables the controller’s built-in vibration in compatible games, while Memory mode allows a compatible Nintendo 64 Controller Pak to be connected to the receiver. These functions cannot operate simultaneously.
The dedicated 2.4GHz connection avoids Bluetooth pairing and provides a wireless range of up to approximately 10 metres. D-Input, X-Input and several selectable button layouts help the controller adapt to compatible USB devices, games and emulators.
Its built-in 500mAh rechargeable lithium-ion battery provides approximately 15–20 hours of play with rumble enabled or up to approximately 30 hours without rumble. USB-C charging, automatic sleep after approximately five minutes and an included charging cable make it convenient to keep ready for use.
This listing is specifically for the Tribute64 Wireless Controller V2 in Classic Grey. Only official firmware intended for the correct V2 controller or receiver should be installed.
Finished in Classic Grey, the controller is dispatched from UK stock with fast delivery, international tracked delivery to supported destinations and a 12-month Retrolize warranty.
