This CUBEODE GameCube Optical Drive Emulator is covered by a 12-month limited Retrolize warranty against manufacturing defects and hardware faults arising during normal use.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, damaged connectors, damaged SD card slots, excessive force, incorrect installation, electrostatic damage, unauthorised modification or damage caused by incompatible equipment.

Damage caused while opening the GameCube, removing the original optical drive, incorrectly fitting the CUBEODE board or damaging the console's internal connectors is considered installation damage and is not covered under warranty.

Corrupted SD cards, deleted files, incompatible software, user-modified Swiss configurations, individual audio-streaming issues or faults caused by third-party homebrew software are not considered CUBEODE hardware faults.

The supplied SanDisk SD card is covered against hardware failure, but data loss, deleted files, corrupted software or user-modified contents are not covered.

Faults caused by the Nintendo GameCube motherboard, power supply, video hardware, controller ports, memory cards or other console components are not considered faults with the CUBEODE.
