Get a cleaner analogue picture from your Original Xbox with this Premium Fully Shielded On-Sync RGB SCART Cable.

Designed for the first-generation Microsoft Xbox, the cable carries separate red, green and blue video channels instead of combining the entire image into a single composite-video signal. This provides stronger colour separation, cleaner edges and a more detailed standard-definition picture.

The cable uses composite video as the synchronisation source, producing a widely supported 15kHz RGBS signal for EuroSCART televisions and retro gaming video processors.

Fully shielded construction helps reduce electrical interference and crosstalk between the RGB, sync and audio conductors. The cable uses 24 AWG stranded copper wiring, aluminium-foil shielding, tin-plated copper mesh and an integrated ferrite core to help maintain a consistent signal across its full length.

An integrated PCB inside the SCART connector houses the required signal components and provides a secure connection between the Original Xbox AV connector and the EuroSCART plug.

Stereo audio is carried through the same SCART connection, allowing video and left-and-right analogue sound to reach a compatible television or processor through a single cable.

Connect the cable directly to a scart compatible television or pair it with the OSSC or GBSC Pro to convert the original analogue RGB signal for a modern HDMI display.

This cable is designed for standard-definition Xbox output. It supports compatible 480i and 576i signals but does not provide the 480p, 720p or 1080i modes available through component video.

At approximately 1.3 metres long, the cable provides practical placement between the console and connected television or video processor without leaving excessive cabling behind the equipment.

This Premium Original Xbox RGB SCART Cable is covered by a 12-month limited Retrolize warranty against manufacturing defects and hardware faults arising during normal use.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, crushed or cut cabling, bent connector pins, excessive pulling, damaged strain relief, unauthorised modification or faults caused by incompatible consoles or display equipment.

Display incompatibility, unsupported video modes, incorrect display settings, JP21 equipment, composite-only SCART inputs or devices that do not accept 15kHz RGBS are not considered product faults.
