The dedicated composite-sync connection provides the timing information required by RGBS equipment without using the console’s composite video signal as the sync source. Inside the SCART connector, an integrated PCB houses the required video components and provides a secure connection between the Dreamcast output and EuroSCART plug. Signal conditioning is handled within the cable, with no external box or user adjustment required.

The cable uses 24 AWG stranded copper conductors surrounded by aluminium foil and tinned-copper mesh shielding. A ferrite core provides further protection against high-frequency interference, helping maintain a consistent video and audio signal across the full cable length.

This Premium Sega Dreamcast RGB SCART Cable is covered by a 12-month limited Retrolize warranty against manufacturing defects and hardware faults arising during normal use.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, crushed or cut cabling, bent connector pins, excessive pulling, damaged strain relief, unauthorised modification or faults caused by incompatible equipment.

Display incompatibility, unsupported video modes, individual game limitations, incorrect scaler settings, JP21 equipment or devices that do not accept 15kHz RGBS are not considered product faults.
